Notice to Public

It is the policy of the Kansas Judicial Branch to comply with the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), 42 United States Code Annotated (USCA) Section 12101, et. seq. The ADA prohibits discrimination against qualified individuals with disabilities on the basis of their disability. The ADA provides, in part, that qualified individuals with disabilities shall not be excluded from participating in or be denied the benefits of any program, service, or activity offered by the Judicial Branch. If you need an accommodation to participate in a court proceeding, please contact the ADA Coordinator. If possible, please make your request known to the ADA Coordinator as soon as possible or at least 5 working days prior to the scheduled court proceeding so that arrangements can be made.
