What Services Can the Clerk’s Office Provide to Me?

While most of the cases in Civil are filed by attorneys, some individuals choose to represent themselves. Court staff can give you basic information about cases, but cannot give you legal advice. Some forms and instructions are available, but due to the vast variety of cases that can be filed in this department, staff may not be able to provide the instruction that self-represented litigants desire.
