DCR 3.220 Chambers Copies in Probate Cases
Litigants need not submit a chambers copy of any filing in a case with the "PR," "AD," "GC," or "CT" designations. However, the division assigned may direct that a chamber copy of a specific filing be provided, and may direct the format in which the chamber copy is provided.
