In addition to the procedure required under K.S.A. 20-311d or any other applicable provision of Kansas law, a party or party's attorney seeking a change of judge in an action must immediately provide to the chamber of the Chief Judge, via US Mail or hand delivery, a copy of any filed recusal motion and requisite affidavit.
