Beginning Monday, December 6, 2021 Acting Chief Judge Steven R. Ebberts will be presiding over all Probate matters. This will allow Chief Judge Anderson time to wind down his responsibilities and serve as a resource until his retirement Friday, December 10.
Judge Ebberts, Division 12, is located in Room 307 in the Shawnee County Courthouse, his Administrative Assistant is Brenda Smith. She can be reached at (785) 251-6230 and her email address is bsmith@shawneecourt.org.
Please direct all communications regarding probate matters to Judge Ebberts or Ms. Smith in Division 12 effective December 6. Probate matters will continue to be held in Courtroom 4A, Room 408.
