Third Judicial District Nominating Commission
TO ALL MEMBERS OF THE THIRD JUDICIAL DISTRICT BAR

The Third Judicial District Nominating Commission will convene at 9:00 a.m., December 17, 2021, in the Shawnee County Courthouse to interview and select nominees to be submitted to the Governor for the position being vacated by Judge Richard Anderson in the Third Judicial District, Division 2. Nomination forms are available in the offices of the Clerk of the Shawnee County District Court, Clerk of the Appellate Courts, or online at www.kscourts.org/judges/Become-a-Judge and at www.shawneecourt.org. An original and one copy must be submitted to Justice Caleb Stegall, 301 S.W. 10th Ave., Topeka, KS 66612, on or before noon, November 24, 2021. In lieu of submitting paper copies of the form, the nominee may submit one signed and dated copy of the form and any supporting documents electronically as instructed on the nomination form to: jdnc.nominationform@kscourts.org. The electronic form must be received by noon, November 24, 2021.
