2020-08 Change in Frequency of Order Backs in Limited Action Cases
This order applies to all cases on file as of the date of this order or filed thereafter until further order of the Court. This order is issued in response to the outbreak of Coronavirus Disease 19 (Covid-19) in anticipation of reopening of the courthouse and resuming the processing of limited actions cases as safely and efficiently as possible.
District Court Rule 3.213(7) recognizes that the Court has previously authorized "order backs" in proceedings in aid of execution not more often than every eight weeks except in exceptional circumstances.
The Court hereby authorizes "order backs" in proceeding in aid of execution not more often than every six months. This period may be extended by the Court upon motion of a party based on exceptional circumstances.

2020-09 Documents to be Sent with Summons and Alias Summons in Limited Actions Cases
This order applies to all cases with the designation LM on or after the date of this order until further order of the Court. This order is issued in response to the outbreak of Coronavirus Disease 19 (COVE-19) in anticipation of reopening of the courthouse and resuming the processing of limited actions cases as safely and efficiently as possible.
All plaintiffs in limited actions (LM) cases must included two additional documents with the Petition and Summons and Alias Summons to be served upon defendants. These are: 1) a Pre-Judgment Information Sheet and Answer; and 2) a Memo from the Limited Actions Department. These documents are located on the Court’s website.
